Container frame
The steel welded construction is made of complex profiles. Container structure and the lower frame are made of 4 mm steel. The upper frame is made of 3 mm steel. Steel is coated with corrosion-resistant paint primer and painted with alkyd paint (to be chosen from the RAL color).
Container transportation
Container can be moved by crane or forklift.
Moved by crane. A container feet have 4 mounting holes for the hook catching. Modules longer than 8 meters have 8 slinging loops – the buyer must arrange wire rope with the required length. Moved by
forklift. The bottom of the frame has 2 rectangular holes (305x87 mm), between them there is 90 cm distance.

Container roof/ceiling
- Roofing is made of zinc coated 0,5 mm iron plate.
- Heat-insulating filling – 100 mm mineral wool (U=0,37 W/m²K). Raised container may have thicker layer of wool (e.g. 150-200 mm), but then decreases internal height.
- Steamp insulation: 0.2 mm polyethylene film.
- Ceiling covering – laminated chipboard.
- Snow load: 1,5 kN (150 kg/m²).

Container walls
Walls are made of 80 mm (may be thicker upon request) multi-layer
(sandwich-type) heat-insulated panels:
filling, steel, zinc coating, phosphate base coat, - polyester coating ensures unfading colors for a long time without any additional care.

There are three different core types, with different price/U-value proportion:
polystyrene foam (EPS), thickness 80 mm U=0, 47 (W/m²K); polyurethane (PU), thickness 80 mm U=0, 27 (W/m²K); mineral wool (MW), thickness 80 mm U=0, 46 (W/m²K).
Standard panels colours outside are silver (RAL 9006) or grey (RAL 9002), inside – white (RAL 9016). Other colour options are available upon request.

Container bottom/floor
Container bottom is sealed with profiled (grooved 18 mm) 0,5 mm zinc-coated plate. Heat-insulating filling – 100 mm mineral wool (U=0,37 W/m²K). Raised container may have thicker layer of wool (e.g. 150-200 mm), but then decreases internal height. Steamp
insulation: 0.2 mm polyethylene film. Flooring: 22 mm
grooved oriented strand board (OSB), grey PVC coating 1,5 mm, grey floor skirting-board.
Electric heated floor and ceramic tile flooring are available upon request.

Electrical wiring and fixtures
Over plaster installation on the wall mounted in PVC installation trays, wire in installation tubes for luminaries in ceiling. 2 stationary euro-type outside sockets CE 32 A. Light switch 10 AX, colour white. 4 interior grounded sockets 230 V, 16 A, colour white. Fuse
box IP44. 3 automatic switch: C16A for heater, C10A for socket, C6A for lighting.

| Air conditioning, electrical measuring panel, telecommunication and IT wiring (telephone and data cables), and alarm is available upon request.

The standard container equipment
Insulated door (polyurethane, U=0, 43 W/m²K) are made of metal (sound insulation is Rw – 29 dB) and painted. Available door dimensions 86x205 cm or 96x205 cm. 2 windows 107x100 cm, made of three chambers PVC profiles, glazed with 24 mm (4/16/4) packet; one of them casement window. Frame colour white. Other colour options and dimensions are available upon request. Aluminum safety roller shutters mounted on the windows, colour white. 2 daylight lamps 2x36 W IP65 inside, lampshade transparent. Convector heater 2 kW with thermostat IP 24 "Thermor". Exhausters AWB 100, 100 m3/h, 13 W, 0.12 A, IP X4, 40 dB (1m) and additionally ventilation channels.
